We purchase the top end of heifers from reputation ranches...
- We develop the heifers here on pasture using a rotational grazing system and ensuring they work well on grass.
- The heifers will sell in October after having 3 ultrasounds. The first is to ensure they are fit to breed and the 2nd two determine pregnancy and calving dates.
- We prefer to ship coming off grass in October. We can hold groups for a time for an additional fee.
- We are also willing to offer custom calving of AI bred heifers. We have 24-hour help in a heated calving facility.
